The week view is for planning: spread the work evenly, see which days are heavy, and slot a new booking where there is room. The day view is for running today — each crew and truck in its own lane with the jobs booked against it, in order, so the dispatcher knows exactly who is doing what and when.

Conflicts caught before they happen

Double-booking is the classic scheduling failure: two jobs quietly land on the same crew or the same truck, and nobody notices until the morning of. When you place a job, the calendar checks the crew and the truck for that window and flags the conflict before you confirm, so the clash is resolved at the desk rather than in the driveway.

From the calendar straight to the driver

Scheduling only pays off if it reaches the crew. From any block you can assign the driver and send the offer to their phone, and the job then advances through its stages — scheduled, picked up, in storage, delivered — from the same record, with live tracking and photo proof attached as it goes.
