Answering “where is my stuff?” without a phone call
The single most common interruption in a moving office is a customer asking where the truck is, followed by the dispatcher calling the driver to find out. Live tracking removes both calls.
What the office sees
- Every on-duty driver on one map, updating as they move.
- A side list with each driver’s duty state and status - on map, no signal, or off duty.
- Select a driver for their current shipment, status, position and ETA (time and distance), with a link straight to the job.
Honest about staleness. A driver with no recent position shows as “no signal” rather than displaying an old location as if it were current. A tracking map that quietly shows stale positions is worse than none.
Privacy for drivers
Location is shared only when the driver is on duty and on an active trip. Off duty, or on duty with no live job, nothing is shared - and the app states which of those applies. That boundary matters for driver trust, and drivers who trust the app keep it running.
Tracking is only half of it
Knowing where the truck is matters less than knowing what happened at each stop. Live tracking pairs with photo-gated proof, so the map tells you where the job is and the photo trail tells you it was done properly.
Questions
Can I track my moving trucks in real time?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Live GPS tracking shows every on-duty driver on one map with their current shipment, status and ETA, updating as they move.
When is a driver's location shared?
Only while the driver is both on duty and on an active trip. Outside those conditions no location is shared, and the driver sees a clear indicator of the current state in the app.
Does GPS tracking cost extra?
It is included in the Premium plan at $199 per month with unlimited office seats. It is not available on Basic ($175) and is not sold as a separate add-on.
What if a driver shows as 'no signal'?
That means the driver is on duty but the app has not sent a recent position - usually poor coverage or the app being closed. The office sees the state explicitly rather than a stale position presented as current.
