What the driver sees

The home screen carries an on-duty toggle, a live capacity meter showing loaded cubic feet against the truck’s capacity, and any dispatch offers waiting. An offer shows the lane, size, deliver-by date and pay — but no customer names or addresses until the driver accepts, so personal details are not broadcast to drivers who never take the job.

Accepted work becomes an ordered trip: pickup, storage, delivery, numbered in the sequence to run them.

The six-stage workflow

Every shipment moves through six stages: Scheduled → Picked up → In storage → Ready for delivery → Out for delivery → Delivered. The app shows a stepper and one button that advances to the next stage, so there is never a question about what to do next.

Photo-gated proof

Three of those stages require a photo before the driver can advance into them:

The advance button stays locked until the photo is captured, and the camera opens rather than the photo library, so proof is taken at the location rather than assembled later. This is the feature that decides disputes weeks after the fact.

Capturing the job on site

At pickup the driver completes the collection form: job details, the storage block (facility, unit, access code, who the goods are stored under, unit and item photos), and payment. Balances are recorded against pickup, the storage drop or delivery with a method, and the app blocks any attempt to collect more than the remaining balance.

It keeps working without signal. Stage advances, photos and payments queue offline and sync when the driver reconnects. Nothing is lost in a basement or on a rural lane.

The rest of the app

Drivers also get nearest storage facilities with navigation, in-app messaging with the office (Premium), push notifications for new offers and reminders, and a profile with their rating, verification documents, trucks and job history.

Yes. Payments are recorded against a point in the job (pickup, storage drop or delivery) with a method — cash, credit card, check, money order, wire transfer, Zelle or other — and the app will not let a driver collect more than the remaining balance.
